THIS IS HOW WE WORK
Our iterative work process involves both users, employees and decision-makers throughout the entire development work. It lets the collaborative team to start broad and, for each iteration, come deeper in our understanding of the challenges and needs, enabling us to come closer to a value adding solution for all stakeholders.
We encourage our clients to have an explorative mindset. A mindset that helps them put their organisational perspective aside and instead learn from the user, an approach that encourages them to involve and co-create with all relevant stakeholders.
With different qualitative and creative design methods we help organisations strengthen their empathy for humans, a key aspect of a successful and meaningful value propositions. Normally we start out with qualitative in-depth interviews with users, employees and other stakeholders in order to understand how and why they experience, reason and act the way they do. In combination with generative research and analytical methods we start to unfold and map the user experience of a service, organisation or eco system. Based on that, we are able to co-create ideas on relevant solutions and future experiences together with stakeholders. Throughout our work we use visual tools and communication, enabling us to understand things from different angles and to create a common understanding. The final solutions can vary from changes in the way employees interact with users and new digital services to graphic communication, physical spaces or internal organisational changes.
